  • GRIPS SOCKS ARE ENCOURAGED NOT ONLY FOR SANITARY REASONS BUT FOR SAFETY REASONS
  • PLEASE CLEAN ALL EQUIPMENT THAT YOU USE DURING YOUR WORKOUT, INCLUDING WEIGHTS, BARS, BALLS, GRIP PADS, BOXES, BOSU BALLS, ETC. (clean all equipment as if you were going to use it next)!
  • TAKE TIME FOR YOU – UNPLUG AND HAVE FUN! SILENCE YOUR CELL PHONES AND SMART WATCHES AND REFRAIN FROM TAKING PHONE CALLS ONCE INSIDE THE BUILDING
  • DURING CLASS, PLEASE KEEP CONVERSATON TO A MINIMUM SO EVERONE CAN GET THE MOST FROM THEIR WORKOUT
  • NO SOILED CLOTHING ON OR NEAR EQUIPMENT.  KEEP STREET SHOES BY ENTRANCE
  • ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY SO THAT CLASS CAN START ON TIME.  THIS GIVES YOU TIME TO MAKE SURE YOUR XERCIZER IS READY TO GO WHEN CLASS STARTS.

LATE CANCELLATION CLASS POLICY as of 1/26/21

  • IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE DO SO 12 HOURS OR MORE IN ADVANCE.  FAILURE TO COMLY WITH THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A LATE CANCELL FEE OF $12.00 FOR MONTHLY CLIENTS OR THE LOSS OF A SESSION FOR CLIENTS WHO USE A CLASS PACK.  THIS FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
  • NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A $20.00 FEE FOR MONTHLY CLIENTS OR THE LOSS OF A SESSION FOR CLIENTS WHO USE A CLASS PACK.  THIS FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
